What can be done in case it is not possible to remit fund under investor's name?

The basic regulation stipulates that the invested money must be sent under the name of the investor. There is an exception where someone acts on behalf of an investor, a proxy. Please submit an official document 'Power of Attorney and make sure that you stipulate the purpose of fund like "this fund is for the establishment of ___ co."
