I intend to lend fund over long-term, other than foreign direct investment (FDI). Are there any procedures and conditions that I have to complete? There are some conditions to be satisfied. i) The company (= affiliate) taking out loans should be the affiliate of the parent company overseas. The parent company should own 50% or more of the affiliate company's share or the affiliate company should own 50% or more of the parent company's share. ii) Terms: 5 years or longer.
