I intend to purchase real estate to engage in a rental business in Korea. What are the regulations?

If foreigners want to operate a rental business in Korea, they should establish a foreign-invested enterprise (FIE) and purchase real-estate under the name of the company. Rental income should be remitted overseas as dividend after settlements of accounts.
However, foreigners (corporate, individual) should submit 'Application Form for Acquisition of Real estate' to a KEB branch to acquire real-estate in Korea.
