(In case you have no accounts with KEB-Passport No. or an Alien Registration No.)
The remitted money for less than USD 20,000 or equivalent is deposited into your account by computer automatically and you just can withdraw it.
However if the amount is over USD 20,000 or equivalent, visit KEB branch near you and need .to fill out 'Application for Sale/Deposit in Accounts/Withdrawal' (KEB form) to withdraw the fund. .
Customers without accounts with KEB
When you receive remittance without accounts with KEB, please give the information to remitter abroad: Korea Exchange Bank in English, SWIFT BIC Code (KOEXKRSE), the remittee's full name in English, an alien registration number or passport number, ?address and phone number.
After confirming the arrival of the remitted money, visit the KEB branch near you with an Alien Registration Card or Passport and can sell/deposit/ withdraw the money. .=> For more information, call (02) 729-8539, 8541.
