Items subject to export approval In the case where these items are exported after getting approval, exporters shall submit documents verifying the implementation of the export such as a certificate of export declaration or container arrival confirmation AMC to the Customs Duties Act. Export of items of specific types of transaction In the case where "items of specific type of transactions" are exported under approval or consignment sales export, consignment sales import, processing trade on commission, lease export and lease import are conducted, the export-import report of items of "specific type of transactions" shall be submitted to the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy attaching documents verifying the implementation of the export such as a certificate of export declaration.
