under the laws and regulations of the United States after transfers of assets and liabilities from the New York Branch.
It provides a comprehensive range of financial services except deposit-taking and remittance.

- Working-capital loans, loans for facility investment, trade finance, loans for real estate acquisitions, syndicated loans, and other loans except household loans. - Trade financing
Issuance of LCs for imports, collection of documents against acceptance (DA) and documents against payment (DP),
export LC advice and transfers, LC collection and purchase prior to collection, DP and DA collection and purchase
prior to collection.
(Other bank-issued) export usance bills bought (EUBB): reimbursement of usance LCs issued by domestic banks
